A Fresh Approach to Excellence
Objective
Redesign and refresh the Principles of Leadership Excellence flagship leadership series to align the visual identity, training materials, and marketing assets with updated content, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and enhancing the overall participant experience.
Tactics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and design teams to align content updates with design enhancements.
- Rebranding: Developed a refreshed visual identity for the series, including updated logos, color schemes, and design elements.
- Content Creation: Designed participant training materials, including handouts, guides, and PowerPoint presentations for eight training sessions.
- Coaching Guide Development: Created a comprehensive coaching guide as a coaching reference for managers of leaders in the program.
- Omnichannel Marketing Campaign: Designed print and digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, email graphics, and promotional flyers, to drive awareness and engagement for the updated series.
Execution
Cross-functional Collaboration
I ensured alignment between the refreshed content and the updated visual design by contributing to clear communication, gathering feedback, and bridging gaps between creative and strategic objectives. My role involved addressing cross-departmental questions and maintaining a shared vision throughout the project.
Rebranding
The rebranding focused on creating a refreshed and cohesive visual identity that aligned with the updated content and modern leadership principles. I developed a clean, professional design style that carried across participant training materials, PowerPoint presentations, coaching guides, and marketing assets.
Content Creation
A comprehensive process that delivered engaging, informative, and visually appealing materials across multiple platforms. I was responsible for designing participant training materials, including workbooks and handouts, that were not only functional but also aligned with the refreshed brand identity. Additionally, I developed visually consistent PowerPoint presentations for eight training sessions, ensuring they supported facilitators in delivering key concepts effectively while keeping participants engaged.
