Objective

Lead the development of a unified brand strategy for Family Tree LLC over a 10-year engagement (2015–2025), focused on building a scalable marketing foundation to support business growth, visibility, and brand credibility.

The project also supported the acquisition integration of Are You Stumped Stump Grinding into Family Tree LLC. Work included website development, SEO optimization, and social media management to maintain consistent brand identity, improve digital visibility, and support customer communication during the transition.

Strategy
  1. Led the design and implementation of an integrated brand strategy that unified visual identity, messaging, and digital experience across channels.

  2. Directed a brand modernization effort for Family Tree LLC, a 10-year established tree service company, following the acquisition of Are You Stumped Stump Grinding after the original owner’s retirement. The initiative merged two service brands into a single cohesive brand system while preserving customer trust, maintaining service recognition, and supporting a seamless market transition.

  3. Developed and launched a service-focused website that functioned as the primary digital marketing hub, improving brand storytelling, lead awareness, and audience navigation.

  4. Created and implemented a 6-month social media strategy supporting awareness, customer education, and local market visibility by highlighting service expertise and project outcomes.
